Justice for Personal Injury Victims

Bachus & Schanker, LLC is a nationally recognized Colorado law firm, with offices in Ft. Collins, committed to protecting and vindicating the rights of people injured through negligence, recklessness, or corporate greed. At Bachus & Schanker, LLC, our passion is justice.

Ft. Collins Building ExteriorIn today's legal landscape, we see lawyers unwilling to take on wrongdoers represented by huge insurance companies and their law firms. At Bachus & Schanker, LLC, our goal is to level the playing field - to give you and your family the power to take on even the largest insurance companies by providing you with access to legal services and a level of representation previously available only to large corporations.

As one of the largest personal injury and accident law firms in the Rocky Mountain region, the team of experienced attorneys at Bachus & Schanker, LLC are committed to the pursuit of justice for people injured through someone else's negligent, careless or reckless conduct. We have been designated by our colleagues as preeminent lawyers in the field of personal injury and insurance law. We are listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and have achieved the highest law firm rating available from Martindale-Hubbell.

Through our firm's devotion to consumer issues, as well as its organization and infrastructure, we strive to give you access to services and a level of representation that most other firms cannot provide. Referring attorneys will be able to match the leverage and knowledge of big corporate firms to successfully advocate the interests of their clients. For both consumers and their referring attorneys, Bachus & Schanker, LLC is solidly committed to one goal: justice for all.

Fort Collins Attorney Office Interior

The Opera House Building was built in 1881 and is comprised of three historic buildings and two new buildings interconnected by the central galleria. The Opera House has been the center of cultural life in Fort Collins including stage performances, speakers, political gatherings, high school graduations and City meetings.

The three-story Opera House Building went through renovation in 1885 as a result of a fire and was made into a ballroom in 1917. Since then, the Opera House has been converted into retail, restaurant and offices in what we now know as the Opera Galleria.
