On September 28, 2012, Bachus & Schanker founding partner, Kyle Bachus addressed Colorado lawyers as part of the Annual Tort Law Update 2012 seminar, sponsored by the Colorado Bar Association’s CLE division. Mr. Bachus spoke on the topic of Subrogation Law. The focus of his presentation was implementation of Colorado HB 10-1168, known as the Make Whole Bill. Mr. Bachus is well familiar with the provisions of the Make Whole Bill since Bachus & Schanker played a role in the adoption of this landmark legislation benefiting Colorado citizens.
