Morgan Carroll specializes in representing people in personal injury, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and employment law. She has experience in state, federal, administrative, and appellate courts. She is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, and a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers' College. Morgan is committed to leveling the playing field for ordinary people to exercise their rights.

Morgan Carroll is a 2nd generation Colorado native, has served in the Colorado legislature since 2005 and after serving as Majority Leader of the Colorado Senate was recently chosen to serve as President-elect of the Colorado State Senate.

Her personal time is spent advocating for social justices causes, gardening, swimming, horseback riding and doing home improvement.
