Bethany Foster is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s intake team.

Bethany joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC in 2026, where she combines her legal background with a client-centered approach, helping individuals understand the personal injury process and their potential avenues of recovery. She brings valuable experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters. This dual perspective provides her with a well-rounded understanding of how claims are evaluated, investigated, and resolved.

Bethany earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. During law school, she was actively involved in advocacy work, assisting survivors of domestic violence in accessing legal services and navigating the court system. This experience helped shape Bethany’s commitment to ensuring that individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered when navigating difficult legal and personal circumstances.

Outside of her work, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family and pets, exploring Colorado’s natural wonders, and reading.
