Brian Petroff

Bachus & Schanker, LLC associate Brian Petroff has been practicing litigation in Colorado since 2000.  He is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC‘s litigation team.  He focuses his practice on personal injury from car wrecks and premises liability such as trips and falls.    Early on in his career Mr. Petroff worked as a Deputy District Attorney in the 13th Judicial District and was passionate about helping to obtain justice for victims of crimes.  Mr. Petroff is now taking this same passion to help victims who have been hurt even though they have done nothing wrong.  Mr. Petroff works hard for each client against the insurance companies, no matter how big the case is.  Mr. Petroff is an expert in insurance law and coverages.  Previously, Mr. Petroff worked as an in-house trial attorney for a large insurance company and learned first-hand the tactics used by the insurance companies. Mr. Petroff has successfully handled more than one hundred cases throughout his career.

Mr. Petroff was raised in Nebraska and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.  He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.   Mr. Petroff is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

When Mr. Petroff is not working to assist his clients, he enjoys hiking, backpacking and skiing in the mountains with his family.
