Tim Maguire

Tim Maguire is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s resolution team.

Mr. Maguire grew up in New York where he completed his undergraduate and master’s degree(s). He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and North Carolina. Prior to joining Bachus & Schanker, Tim served in the United States military as a special operations targeter. Tim has also held several substantive positions in sales, marketing, research, and as a police officer. His diverse skill set incorporates both major government agency and major corporate experience.

Tim graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2022. During his time at law school, Tim served as an editor on the Wake Forest Law Review, the vice president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and as the director of the Environmental Law Society. Tim’s law school clinical experience included work in the Veteran’s Legal Clinic, aiding veterans obtain well-deserved benefits and an externship with the Environmental Law Institute.

In his free time, Tim enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and kickboxing. He also spends much of his free time rock climbing, skiing, backpacking, and otherwise enjoying the great outdoors.
