A Crash Course in Motor Vehicle Accident Law 2013 Held in February
Kyle Bachus, partner at Bachus & Schanker, LLC chaired the Colorado Bar Association event, “A Crash Course in Motor Vehicle Accident Law 2013,” which was held February 21, in Denver, Colorado. The training event featured presentation by Colorado’s top practitioners in Auto accident and Insurance law, including Bachus & Schanker, LLC‘s Darin Schanker who spoke on “Uninsured Motorist Insurance Law” and Kyle Bachus who presented information on “Important ERISA Subrogation Update and the Latest on the Interpretation of CRS 10-1-135.”
The one-day course was designed to benefit both the attorney considering taking on his or her first motor vehicle accident case as well as the seasoned practitioner. The program provided current information to help attorneys maximize the value of the advice and service they are able to offer their clients.
