Beau Worthington

Beau Worthington is a member of Bachus Schanker, LLC’s litigation team.

Beau brings nearly two decades of litigation experience across two states to Bachus and Schanker. Prior to joining the firm, Beau practiced in both criminal defense and personal injury in Colorado.  During this time, Beau litigated complex criminal matters throughout the State of Colorado. Prior to moving to Colorado, Beau was a partner is a boutique litigation firm in Metro Atlanta. He handled a caseload of general litigation matters throughout the State of Georgia.

Beau is a seasoned litigator, taking approximately 50 jury trials to verdict in both civil and criminal courts. He has additionally handled hundreds of contested hearings in both state and federal courts. Beau focuses his current litigation on fact-intensive investigations and applies his broad experience to every case that he handles.

Raised in Georgia, he spent his formative years in Augusta and moved to Atlanta to attend law school. When not in court, Beau enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, watching live sports, and playing golf.
