Megan Nicolaysen

Megan Nicolaysen is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s resolution team.
Before joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC in 2023, she worked as a law clerk and a legal assistant at personal injury firms in Colorado, Kentucky, and Nevada.
Megan attended the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Music in euphonium performance. Though she enjoyed music school greatly, she ultimately decided to pursue a career in law and attended the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, Kentucky.
During her time in Law School, Megan served as the fundraising chair for the student bar association. She also served on the editorial board of the Louisville Law Review as an associate articles editor, and was one of nine students selected for publication in the law review’s 61st volume. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
In her free time, Megan enjoys crocheting and crafting, spoiling her two cats, watching movies, and going to breweries.
