Joseph Henk

Joseph Henk is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s Resolution team.

Joseph joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked as a personal injury Paralegal for a large law firm in Austin, Texas for three years. While in law school, Joseph interned for the Office of the Governor of Texas and for a boutique civil litigation firm. After law school, and just prior to joining the firm, Joseph tried his hand at oil and gas law in the Denver area. He is happy to be back in the personal injury field of law as that is where the bulk of his experience is.

Joseph attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. During his time in law school, Joseph joined the Moot Court team at St. Mary’s Law and competed at the Mack Kidd Administrative Law Moot Court competition. There, he won the best oralist award for being the best speaker.

In his spare time, Joseph enjoys spending time with family, trying new breweries, and, as an avid outdoorsman, he loves to take part in fishing and hunting throughout Colorado.
