Brian Dorchinsky

Brian Dorchinsky is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s litigation team.

Prior to joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC, Brian practiced personal injury law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for 13 years. Prior to entering private practice, Brian clerked for the Honorable Harold A. Thomson, Jr., the President Judge of the Pike County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He relocated to Colorado in 2013 and is licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in administration of justice with a minor in Political Science and then went on to law school, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. During law school, Brian was a member of the Criminal Law Society and the Environmental Law Society.

Brian is very dedicated to and passionate about trying to level the playing field by aiding those who may otherwise lack the resources to take on powerful insurance companies and organizations to find justice and be rightfully compensated for their injuries.

In his spare time, Brian can be found in the mountains, hiking, playing golf, enjoying live music, and spending time with his 3 children.
