Jonny Campbell is a member of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s resolution team.

Jonny joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a contract negotiator in higher education. He has also spent time working on civil commitment cases under the tutelage of Boulder attorney Lou Rubino, protecting the rights of individuals who were involuntarily hospitalized in the state’s mental health system.

Originally from New Hampshire, Jonny attended the University of Colorado Boulder where he triple-majored in Economics, Japanese Language and Civilization, and Asian Studies. In 2012, he earned a certificate from the Leeds School of Business in the Business of Sports. Jonny then began his professional career in Major League Baseball, spending time in the front offices of the Boston Red Sox and the Colorado Rockies.

Jonny was admitted to the University of Denver Sturm College of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship in 2016. During law school, he earned a certificate in mediation, helping to resolve civil disputes in the Denver small claims court and with the local chapter of the Better Business Bureau. He was also a member of Sturm’s baseball salary arbitration team, traveling to Tulane University in 2019 to argue moot baseball salary cases against teams from other law schools around the nation.

In his free time, Jonny enjoys cooking, collecting comic books, and watching live comedy.
