Attorney Darin Schanker to Speak at Denver NBI Seminar

On November 12, founding partner Darin Schanker will be a featured speaker at the National Business Institute's (NBI) seminar "Plaintiff's Personal Injury From Start to Finish," held in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Schanker, who has been a successful trial lawyer for many years will be presenting, "Understanding the Law of Damages" and "Trial of the Plaintiff's Attorney Case."
Both seminars give attending attorneys a keen insight on issues such as economic and non-economic damages in personal injury law, and on topics related to personal injury trials, including jury selection, examination of witnesses, strategies in opening statements and closing arguments.
