Super Lawyers in conjunction with Colorado's 5280 Magazine identifies the top five percent of attorneys in Colorado, as chosen by their attorney peers and through the research of the national independent national research group Law & Politics. Super Lawyers identifies qualified candidates through a multi-step evaluation process using a balloting process consisting of over 13,000 ballots sent to active practicing lawyers in Colorado; peer evaluation which focuses on: honors and awards, experience, verdicts and settlements, and community service; and professional achievement such as scholarly lectures and writings. The result is a diverse and comprehensive listing of the top five percent of Colorado's outstanding lawyers. Bachus & Schanker, LLC's founding partners, Kyle Bachus and Darin Schanker, were each independently and individually named Colorado Super Lawyers for 2007.
