Super Lawyers
Super Lawyers in conjunction with Colorado's 5280 Magazine identifies the top five percent of attorneys in Colorado, as chosen by their attorney peers and through the research of the national independent national research group Law & Politics. Super Lawyers identifies qualified candidates through a multi-step evaluation process using a balloting process consisting of over 13,000 ballots sent to active practicing lawyers in Colorado; peer evaluation which focuses on: honors and awards, experience, verdicts and settlements, and community service; and professional achievement such as scholarly lectures and writings. The result is a diverse and comprehensive listing of the top five percent of Colorado's outstanding lawyers. Bachus & Schanker, LLC's founding partners, Kyle Bachus and Darin Schanker, were each independently and individually named Colorado Super Lawyers for 2007, 2008 and 2009. Nationally, Super Lawyers is published in 48 states and reaches more than 10 million readers annually.

The American Trial Lawyers Association
The American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) has designated our founders, J. Kyle Bachus and Darin Schanker, as two of the top 100 Trial Lawyers in Colorado in 2009. This recognition marks the third consecutive year both attorneys have received this designation. Only five percent of attorneys in Colorado receive this designation. This credential is awarded to candidates on a yearly basis, and trial lawyers in each state are evaluated for the active involvement in trial practice or management of substantial personal injury law firms.

Bachus & Schanker, LLC is a member of the Denver Boulder Better Business Bureau. We have been members since 1998 and have achieved the highest rating available by the Denver Boulder Better Business Bureau. The Denver Boulder Better Business Bureau helps consumers make informed decisions about the integrity and quality of business services before they purchase them. The group provides on-line access to reliability reports of different companies and offers a number of different dispute resolution services to consumers and businesses.
We are also members of the Fort Collins Better Business Bureau and have been members of the Northern Colorado and Greater Wyoming BBB since 2006, where we have achieved their highest rating for a business (A+).

AAJ Leaders' Forum
Bachus & Schanker, LLC is a proud member of the Leaders Forum of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Lawdragon Top 500
Bachus & Schanker, LLC shareholder, Kyle Bachus has been designated as one of the nation's top 500 Plaintiffs' Lawyers by Lawdragron. The Lawdragon 500 is comprised of lawyers from a wide range of practices, ranging from semi-truck accidents to toxic torts, aviation disasters to birth negligence. Those named to the list represent less than one-half of one percent of the legal profession. Lawdragon 500 was selected based on a proprietary system that takes into account dozens of qualifications that are scored to determine the best lawyers nationwide. Among the factors utilized in the list's selection are extensive research by Lawdragon journalists who interview thousands of lawyers nationwide and a survey of lawyers and clients who nominate and vote for their peers online.
