Look no further! Where do I start? We recently had an unfortunate event occur and were looking for the best representation. I called many and when I say many law firms to try and find someone to settle my case. Every other law firm either didn’t return calls or had a rude intake specialist. From the beginning our intake specialist was so professional, knowledgeable and above all, sympathetic! To when Howard Thigpen the most well articulate shark (in the best way possible) took over the case and won for us. We never ever lost faith in his abilities and trusted his strategic plan. Andrea Bible his paralegal was also amazing at staying on top of things and kept us informed along the way. I know being an attorney is completely different than being a therapist but my God, Howard was amazing at also keeping us calm and collected. It was also fun seeing him in action in depositions and absolutely crushing it. The doc refused to give me restrictions, despite the fact that they also said my injury required surgery and I couldn't perform the duties of my job. Of course the workers comp place refused to work with me and would not pay me even though my job couldn't accommodate me. Luckily workers comp paid for the surgery but while I was recovering I had no income. My mom recommended I talk to Bachus and Schanker, and when I gave them a call and ran them through the whole story, their response was, "so the doctor said you needed surgery but wouldnt give you restrictions? Yeah, I think you have a case!" They worked really hard and got me a settlement! Shoutout to Michaela especially who worked with me personally! It was tough recovering from my surgery without an income for a while and I accrued a lot of debt, but Bachus and Schanker made sure I can get life back on track!
