Elizabeth Hanson is part of Bachus & Schanker, Elite Litigation Group’s Sexual Assault Team.

Elizabeth joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth worked as a Deputy District Attorney in California for nearly eight years, where she was a member of the Family Violence Unit and prosecuted felony crimes involving the most vulnerable population, including crimes of child sexual assault, child abuse, internet crimes against children, human trafficking, and domestic violence. Elizabeth then relocated to Colorado, where she was a Deputy District Attorney in the Domestic Violence Unit at the Denver District Attorney’s Office, where she sought justice for survivors of abuse.

Elizabeth attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. During her time in law school, Elizabeth was a member of her law school’s national mock trial team and continued to serve as an attorney scorer for high school mock trial competitions.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys traveling and is always looking forward to her next adventure.
