The Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation was created in January of 2009 to support founding partners, J. Kyle Bachus and Darin L. Schanker’s belief in giving back to the local Denver, Colorado community.

As a personal injury firm that has seen the devastation that an injury or illness can inflict upon an individual or family, the partners are committed to providing not only monetary donations, but also the contribution of their personal time and the time of their staff to participate in events throughout the year.

Kyle opened Bachus & Schanker, with little more than a tiny, rented office and a lot of determination. Starting with less than $15,000, their business has grown into one of the largest, most well respected personal injury firms in the Colorado region. Kyle and his partner Darin Schanker are committed to understanding the circumstances confronting their clients, and ensuring that responsible parties are held accountable for damages they have caused.
