Sean is a passionate advocate dedicated to helping clients that have suffered injury due to the wrongful acts of others. Sean received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Concordia College, where his passion for advocacy took root. While in College, Sean participated in student government as Class Representative, and served as the President of the Concordia Philosophy Club for 3 years. Immediately following his undergraduate studies at Concordia College, Sean pursued his Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.

During law school, Sean actively pursued opportunities to advocate for underserved communities. Sean served as a student attorney at the Public Defender’s Office in Stillwater, Minnesota, and also participated in the Mitchell Hamline Indian Law Clinic as a Public Defender in Tribal Court on the Menominee Reservation. After graduating from law school, Sean moved to Colorado and gained additional experience working in the areas of criminal law, family law, and fair debt collection practices.

Sean came to Bachus & Schanker, LLC to help facilitate the restoration of clients who have wrongfully suffered both physical and financial injury. Sean is committed to obtaining the best possible results for clients, and prioritizing client satisfaction in every case.

While he is not advocating for clients, Sean enjoys hiking throughout the beautiful state of Colorado, playing racquetball, and exploring the Mile High City.
