Randee Stapp is an experienced Denver trial attorney who practices in the areas of personal injury involving premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, auto accidents, skier liability, bad faith, dram shop, and appeals. 

Ms. Stapp Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Denver and was awarded the prestigious Dean's Finalist Award for excellence in varsity soccer and academic achievement. From there she continued her education at the University of San Diego School of Law where she was elected Student Bar Representative, participated in Moot Court, and interned at San Diego’s Office of Public Defenders.  Ms. Stapp was first licensed to practice law in 1995 and began her career in Colorado practicing criminal defense. By 1996 she was chosen to be one of the first members of the Colorado Alternate Defense Counsel where she acquired countless hours of experience in the courtroom and handled jury trials for the indigent accused of crimes. 

After leaving the practice of criminal defense in 2000 she transitioned into the civil litigation arena to the practice of insurance defense where she learned first-hand the internal handling of personal injury claims and litigated cases for insurance companies nationwide. After leaving the field of insurance defense she entered the practice of plaintiffs’ personal injury law. With 25 years of courtroom experience, she is a well-seasoned attorney having litigated thousands of cases. She has a passion for representing the injured and fights hard in the battle against insurance companies.   

When Randee is not working you will find her on the ski slopes or hiking with her Australian Cattle Dog named “Beaut.”
