Tyler was born and raised in Green River, Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming for his undergraduate degree. After several years in the oil field, he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a trial lawyer. Several members of Tyler’s family attended the University of Kansas, and he felt at home at the University of Kansas School of Law. While at KU, Tyler clerked for a law firm in Wichita, Kansas, and the Kansas Department of Revenue in Topeka, Kansas. His passion for justice emerged while representing juvenile and indigent clients with the KU Legal Aid Clinic. Upon graduation in 2017, Tyler decided to call Denver home to be closer to his family (and the Broncos).

Tyler joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC, in February of 2018 to learn from some of the best and advocate for our clients. He is a 2018 graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Boot Camp and is willing and ready to fight for those that need it most.

Tyler is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and licensed to practice in Colorado. When not at the office or in court, you can find Tyler fishing, hiking with his dogs, or cheering on the Broncos.
