Rusty Miller

Rusty Miller is a Colorado Native who has been trying civil matters in Colorado for over a decade and successfully tried dozens of cases in courts across the state.  He is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s litigation team and focuses his practice on personal injuries of all kinds and causes, helping those who have been injured by the conduct of others.

Prior to joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC, he worked as an insurance defense attorney in the fields of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and personal injury.  Mr. Miller is an expert in insurance law and previously worked as an in-house senior trial attorney for a large insurance company where he learned firsthand, the strategies that companies use to deny and defend claims made against them and their insured.  During the course of his career, he has handled over 500 cases on behalf of insurance companies.  His knowledge and expertise as a trial attorney is invaluable when representing his injured clients at Bachus & Schanker, LLC.  He works tirelessly for his clients, no matter how big or small the case might be.

Mr. Miller was raised in western Colorado and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in Boulder, then attended Creighton University School of Law where he received his J.D.  

In his spare time, Rusty enjoys all the activities that Colorado has to offer.
