Ben Kennedy is an attorney with ten years of experience representing clients in personal injury, disability, regulatory and nonprofit tax matters.

Early Life
Ben was born in St. Paul, Minnesota to his mother Sandra and father Robert. After graduating from Totino-Grace High School, Ben attended college at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he met his future wife, Jacqueline. After graduating with a degree in Economics, he moved with Jacqueline to San Diego where Ben attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Upon completion of his legal studies, Ben returned to Colorado to practice. In his personal injury practice, he has represented clients from intake to jury verdict. In his disability practice, he has successfully represented thousands of clients at administrative hearings and has successfully argued appellate cases before the US District Court for the District of Colorado and before the 10th Circuit court of Appeals. Ben is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has lectured in the area of Social Security Disability. In addition, Ben sits on the board of multiple charitable organizations including MySunshine and Getch Foundation.

Personal Life
Ben met his wife Jacqueline in 2003 while attending a sorority formal. They have twins, Benjamin and Pearl, with whom they enjoy exploring the exciting outdoors that Colorado offers.
