Bachus & Schanker Welcomes Doctor/Lawyer Phil Pearson
Bachus & Schanker, LLC, is pleased to welcome Phil C. Pearson, an attorney "of counsel" at the firm. Mr. Pearson is both a licensed physician and attorney whose expertise is in Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice.
Mr. Pearson is a second-generation Colorado native who received his undergraduate education at the University of Colorado in Boulder on scholarship. Mr. Pearson obtained his M.D. at the University of Colorado Medical School and thereafter, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver.
Mr. Pearson continues to keep up in science by tutoring numerous college students in chemistry, physics, biology, biochemistry, calculus, and other mathematics.
Before joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC, Mr. Pearson ran his own private law practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Mr. Pearson also holds Board Certifications for the American Board of Family Practice and American Board of Emergency Medicine.
"I have co-counseled cases with Bachus & Schanker ever since I started representing people injured by medical malpractice and right around the time Kyle and Darin were being named young trial lawyers of the year. I have always admired their commitment to justice. It is a pleasure to begin a more formal relationship with them," stated Mr. Pearson.
Mr. Pearson will be joined by his legal assistant, Ms. Juanita Spears, who brings more than seventeen years of experience in the legal field.
