Bachus & Schanker to Light the Night for The Colorado Leukemia Lymphoma Society

On Thursday, October 1, founding partners J. Kyle Bachus and Darin Schanker, and the attorneys and staff of Bachus and Schanker will join thousands of others to show their support of fellow attorney Dan Patterson and others who are fighting leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma.
Attorney Dan Patterson, past president of The Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and continues not only his fight with cancer, but also the fight to help other families that are experiencing some of the same challenges. Last year Dan's Team raised more than $26,000. This year's goal is to raise $10,000 for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
What is The Light the Night Walk?
The Colorado Leukemia Lymphoma Society relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations to fund its vital lifesaving research, patient information and support programs.
Light The Night Walk is the nation's night to pay tribute and bring hope to people battling cancer. People form teams of friends and family or co-workers. They raise funds for cancer research and bring help and hope to people battling cancer.
More than a walk, the evening is a supportive community gathering that includes music, food and family activities.
On Walk night, they gather in cities and towns across North America. Walking in twilight, they hold illuminated balloons - white for survivors, red for supporters, gold in memory of a life lost. More than a walk, the evening is a supportive community gathering that includes music, food and family activities.
How Can You Join the Colorado Light the Night Walk?
