Bachus & Schanker, LLC, recently named attorney David Krivit as equity member. Krivit has been with the law firm for five years, and specializes in representing victims of personal injury, involving dangerous premises, motor vehicles, dangerous products, assaults, consumer fraud and insurance bad faith.

Krivit has conducted numerous jury trials since joining the firm. He has also settled several high-profile matters with multi-million dollar settlements.
Throughout his career, Krivit has conducted trials in several states and federal courts, as well as mediations, arbitrations and administrative hearings. He was born and raised in New York and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Vermont where he studied political science. Krivit then earned his Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Before beginning his law practice, he served as a law clerk for the Appellate Court of Illinois.
