Kyle Bachus Addresses Colorado Bar Association Seminar

On September 28, 2012, Bachus & Schanker founding partner, Kyle Bachus addressed Colorado lawyers as part of the Annual Tort Law Update 2012 seminar, sponsored by the Colorado Bar Association’s CLE division. Mr. Bachus spoke on the topic of Subrogation Law. The focus of his presentation was implementation of Colorado HB 10-1168, known as the Make Whole Bill. This legislation sets down requirements that protect victims of accidents from Insurance companies seeking to settle on payment before the victim is compensated for all damages.

Mr. Bachus is well familiar with the provisions of the Make Whole Bill since Bachus & Schanker played a role in the adoption of this landmark legislation benefiting Colorado citizens.

Both Kyle Bachus and partner Darin Schanker are recognized leaders in Colorado Auto Litigation, Premises Liability cases, and Wrongful Death cases. Mr. Bachus has served eight terms on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA).
