Marc Harden is an associate attorney at Bachus & Schanker LLC., representing a wide spectrum of injured plantiffs, including premises and product liability, automobile and truck accidents. He is 100% dedicated to seeking justice for injured due to the negligence of others, both individuals and corporations.
While in law school, Mr. Harden concentrated on trial advocacy and representing the rights of individuals. Mr. Harden clerked for Judge Hannon in Arapahoe County and was a trial advocate at the Student Law Office. Mr. Harden also worked for the Colorado Public Defender where he represented individuals in criminal trial matters.
Upon graduating law school, Mr. Harden worked as a litigation associate for Ruegsegger Simons Smith & Stern, LLC where he focused on workers' compensation representation as well as other civil litigation matters. Mr. Harden joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC in May of 2007.
