Driving requires that we are AWARE of what s going on around us...AT ALL TIMES. Like the 2 year old that recently drowned while mom blogged!!! If she was supervising her child he would still be alive! Laws can't make stupid people smart...but at least if they can be punished for the deaths of their neighbors kids or their own...it will help protect the rest of us from them... What is the difference between the addiction of alchol...i.e. driving while drunk...and the addiction of testing...they can both be fatal!! and deserve the same attention and punishment.
