Dear Jessica, I am very much interested in helping you , if you need volunteers for delivery etc. I live in So Central Denver. I work only part time , so I would have some time to help if needed, sorting ? delivering? etc.
I , too, lost a child, He was 22 yrs old, but I have found that it doesn't matter how old or young. It is YOUR child and the grief never goes away, it may lessen some, but it is always there. I absolutely understand.
Hope to hear from you.
Sincerely, Chickie Bakkemo

Dear Sid, thank you very much for your wonderful post. It is with the help of people such as yourself that I am able to honor Kenzi in such a wonderful way. Your donation of dolls the past two years means the world to me. Thank you!

I think the Dolls for Daughters idea is an absolutely beautiful way to honor Jess and Kyle's daughter Kenzi. I find it so admirable that Jess has turned her overwhelming grief into overwhelming joy for so many girls that would otherwise not have any. Sometimes we forget how blessed our lives are and the Christmas season is perfect to think of children less fortunate than us. Jess~ you are a wonderful mother and a wonderful woman... Thank you for such a wonderful idea for us to help little girls out there. :)
