Car Accident Story: Kristina Crowley Bachus and Schanker Review

Video Transcription
It was a beautiful sunny day. I had been down that road, many of many of times. I was stopped for I don’t know what reason. I was hit from behind and he pushed me into two cars, and I took the brunt of the force of the
accident. My seat-belt broke and I almost went through the windshield. I just remember it was such a beautiful day and that was the moment where a big part of my life changed. I just needed somebody to come take care of me and help me. When I was deciding on who I was going to give my case to I interviewed the heck out of the lawyer who came to talk to me. I had a list of a bunch of questions and they were the ones who gave me the most piece of mind that they were going to take care of me.

If you are injured you need to concentrate on getting well and give somebody else your headache and the insurance company and the medical bills and everything else that comes with the experience of being in a car accident. Somebody else needs to help deal with and give you the assistance of making the decisions that are going to need to be made. Once Kyle took over my case, it was handled and my stress went away and Jenn was there to listen to me. My experience wasn’t new to them so they were able to help me and ease mostly my fears. Jenn and Kyle gave me their personal cell phones, their business cell phones, so I could call them, I could text them. I could get in-touch with them anytime I had a question. Going through a car accident is an emotional up and down roller coaster ride and experience and when you are going through it, it’s amazing to have somebody there who can really just take care of it. In hindsight I couldn’t have done it myself. I would have gotten taken advantage of by the other side. I did my research and I asked around and nobody but nobody ever said anything bad about Bachus and Schanker. They are going to get you through it and so that’s why I would say call them. Give them a chance to take your case.

Car Accident Story: Olivia Armstrong Bachus and Schanker review

My name is Olivia Armstrong, and I got hit by a school bus. At the point the accident, I was doing a U-turn, and the school bus didn’t stop at the red light, and hit me turning right, and after that I couldn’t pick up my son for
many weeks. He was only a year old so that was difficult for me. I was scared that, you know, my car wasn’t going to work, I wasn’t going to be able to get to and from work, and that nothing was going to get done. It was going to be very difficult for me to get anywhere with the bus company. I knew that going right off, that they weren’t going to give me anything or help me out with my car. I think two days after the accident, I gave Bachus and Schanker a call. As soon as I got a hold of attorney Johnson, everything just started flowing, and I felt great about the case. Attorney Johnson came to my house the day after I called. That was amazing to me that she went out of her way to come all away down to my house, and sit talk to me. Everything that they have done has been for me, and I really appreciate that. I actually have already let several people know, but I just let them know that they need to get a hold of Bachus and Schanker and I give them their cards, because you know I was taken care of very well here. Even a couple weeks out of work, will set you back more than a month, and then that just snowballs from there.
Thank you very much and I am very pleased with the way they handled my case, and nobody would of handled my case like they did.

What You Should Know About Car Crash Test Ratings, Pt. 1

You may have seen the auto commercials depicting crash tests. The slowed reel of the car, dummy inside, smashing into a solid wall, the dummy lurching forward. Cellphone Usage and Distracted Driving

When you think about it, driving is probably the most dangerous thing we do on a daily basis. When you get in your car, you’re putting a lot of faith in your own abilities and the abilities in the drivers around you. But having a drivers’ license certainly doesn’t make one a good driver. Tips for Filing a Police Report After a Car Accident

Protect yourself from liability claims by reporting car collisions

It’s imperative to file a police report following a car accident. All of us know that, but many people still think that they can get away with not filing. My husband actually found out the hard way after he was involved in a car accident last year. The other driver was at fault, but he chose to take personal payment for fear (the other driver’s) of getting his insurance company involved. Low and behold, 10 months later he was contacted by an attorney when the other driver complained of back pain resulting from the same auto accident.

Identifying Whiplash Following a Car Accident

Seeking treatment and compensation after a auto collision

The most common injury following a car collision was and is whiplash, an injury to the spine caused by an abrupt jerking motion, which occurs when the neck and head are thrown suddenly backward then forward, or side to side, upon collision impact. Whiplash most commonly occurs following a rear-end car involving sudden breaking, when due to a strong impact, the neck and head are thrown beyond their normal range of motion, causing tissue damage, stretching, and pain to the soft tissue area of the spine. Although, whiplash can also occur due to side car collisions (when the head is forcefully tossed side to side); it can also occur from sports injuries or due to a diving accident.
